We had such a wonderful experience with Rick!!! Everything got done and taken care of seamlessly!!! Our roof siding and garage doors look fantastic and can’t say thankyou enough!! Rick was always easy to get a hold of and even when we had an issue with a garage door wire he jumped on top of it quickly and got it taken care of! We will be using him again!!

I could not be more happy with a company than I am with Advantage Construction. We had our siding, roof, and gutters done after a hail storm and to say my customer service was glorious is an understatement. I worked with Abdalla and he is the definition of how a professional should handle a construction job. He was courteous, prompt, and he always responded with urgency to any of my questions. He completely handle my insurance claim and I didn’t lift a finger. The quality of work on my home was impeccable. Safe to say you can hire this company for all your home needs without a worry. I would recommend (and I did to several neighbors) to hire Advantage Construction for their roofing and siding needs. With the help of Aleksander Rudenko we were able to get a new roof and siding on our house this past summer/fall 2023. Alek was very professional and always kept us in the loop as to what was going on with the workmanship and insurance side of things. He would come back after the work was done to make sure that things were in order and clean up was done and make sure we were happy with the outcome. He made the whole process painless. Hopefully we will be set for another 20 years!!Thanks again for the awesome service.

Very Positive experience working with Alex and Advantage Construction. From the initial consultation, to the new roof and siding, this company provided updates and answered questions and kept us in the loop. One thing I really loved is that being in MPLS we a ethernet security camera system and the siding installers were able to hide the ethernet wires under the new siding without being asked. I would recommend them to family & friends.

Alex Rudenko with Advantage did an amazing job evaluating the roof, gutters and windows on my home! He worked diligently with me and my insurance company and got me a new roof covered by my insurance! The job it self was done in a day, the crew and Alex who I worked with came by right after and cleared even more up (loose nails and roof debris missed by workers). Great experience working with Advantage Construction Inc. I would 10/10 recommend them to anyone needing their home evaluated after a storm or disaster!

I hired Advantage to reside my house and detached garage. I worked with alex the whole time, he understood what i was wanting, and was very helpfull thoughout the entire process.I chose Advantage because they have a reputation for doing good work. They install the brand and style of siding that i wanted. And best of all they were better priced then the other companies that had given me quotes.They took care of getting the permits and setting up inspections after everything was done. The siding crew was very good, and clean. After everything was done they made sure to clean up any nails, screws and trash.I definitely will recommend Advantage to anyone, and they will be my first call should i ever need siding or roofing in the future.

We had some wind damage to our roof and soffit that required some repairs and replacement work done. Our search brought us to Advantage Construction. It wasn’t just their high reviews, but what was said in those reviews about their process handling of any obstacles encountered.We worked with Brian Martin on our home repair project. Brian was in constant contact with me about the project timelines as well as advising the process of working WITH our insurance company. Brian and his crew are second to none and went above and beyond our expectations. The crew was efficient and respectful to the property. The material drop off/pickup, waste container drop off/pickup, roof replacement and cleanup was fast and appreciated. Brian made sure to come do an extensive once over with magnet tool to get any stray nails or other debris that would possibly impact our dogs or outdoor activities.It’s that level of respect and consideration for our home environment that will bring us back to Advantage Construction for our next home improvement repair/project!

We have been working with Devin on our roof & siding hail damage claims and we couldn't be happier! He is always prompt and professional answering every question we have. Dealing with homeowners insurance on this type of a claim is so confusing and he has done as he said he would and handled it all for us. I had a very easy time working with Advantage construction and project manager Devin Bliayang. He made it painless from beginning to end including working with my insurance, and he handled a number of possibly nonstandard questions I had about possible damage to my roof. Happy with the roof shingles I got and the new roof looks very nice. (The workers did a probably better than average job cleaning nails up afterwards although still some were left around.)

Our neighborhood had received storm damage in the late summer of 2022. Cameron Amiot stopped by shortly after and asked if he could inspect the exterior of our house for any damage that might have occurred. Although it was nearly dark, he climbed up on our steep roof to look for any damage. He found that we had more than shingle damage. Also, the sky light frames and gutter system had sustained damage.Cameron was very easy to deal with and went beyond his scope of duties. For example, we were about to get a concrete driveway put in that fall and had a small tree that was growing against the garage in the way of it. Without being asked he stayed late after dark, dug out the tree and its roots, as much as he could get out.Advantage handled all the paperwork with the insurance company which was a relief to us. We did have to make one trip there to amend the paperwork and resign, which wasn’t a big deal to us. Since it was so late in the year it was decided to do the work in the spring of 2023. That way everything could be ordered and be ready.When work finally got going in the spring Cameron stopped by several times to check on the progress and to answer any questions I might have. From what I gather Advantage uses superior products in their repairs. An example would be when Cameron showed me the type of underlayment that would be going under the shingles. Instead of the roofing felt that was on there at the time, which becomes brittle and rips over time, it was being replaced with a synthetic membrane type material more resistant to wear and ripping.All the work went smoothly and without a hitch. After the job was done there was a pallet and extra components left over at the end of our driveway. Cameron came out, loaded it up and took it away. I don’t know if this is part of his job, but it was greatly appreciated.Our experience with Advantage Construction Inc. was a good one. Thank you Advantage and especially Cameron!!!

We were glad to have Sam Woods stop by our home after a major storm to inspect our house. He found quite a bit of damage. Sam coordinated the replacement of our roof, gutters, facia and windows. He was involved in every step of the way to getting these things replaced and getting our home back to being a beautiful home. Sam was a nice person to work with.

Advantage replaced our roof do to a hail storm earlier this year. Bruce Yang was the project manager for our roof replacement. He and his team did an amazing job. Above expectations. Bruce was really friendly and social able. His crew was polite and professional. The clean-up they did afterwards was amazing. I haven't found a single nail in my yard. Really amazing. Brett Larson was amazing and handled the replacement of our roof, gutters and some siding with professionalism and thoroughness. All of the crews that showed up did so on time and were great.
