Sam Wood was the Project Manager leading the effort in getting my roof replaced and was nothing short of exceptional. Sam ensured I understood the whole complicated process of hail damage claims. Sam was very honest and did not try to work his way into getting the job. What he can’t do he’ll communicate and not try to beat around the bush. I had minor issues with the roofing after the job was completed and Sam went out of his way to make sure everything was replaced and corrected. I was so pleased with how honest Sam was as a person in the industry that I recommend 4 or so other family members to him. All those jobs were competed throughly and any issue were addressed as well. I’d highly recommend Sam’s service to anyone who needs work done. This is an honest man with integrety.Thanks-

I would recommend (and I did to several neighbors) to hire Advantage Construction for their roofing and siding needs. With the help of Aleksander Rudenko we were able to get a new roof and siding on our house this past summer/fall 2023. Alek was very professional and always kept us in the loop as to what was going on with the workmanship and insurance side of things. He would come back after the work was done to make sure that things were in order and clean up was done and make sure we were happy with the outcome. He made the whole process painless. One thing I really loved is that being in MPLS we a ethernet security camera system and the siding installers were able to hide the ethernet wires under the new siding without being asked. Alex Rudenko with Advantage did an amazing job evaluating the roof, gutters and windows on my home! He worked diligently with me and my insurance company and got me a new roof covered by my insurance! The job it self was done in a day, the crew and Alex who I worked with came by right after and cleared even more up (loose nails and roof debris missed by workers). I hired Advantage to reside my house and detached garage. I worked with alex the whole time, he understood what i was wanting, and was very helpfull thoughout the entire process.I chose Advantage because they have a reputation for doing good work. They install the brand and style of siding that i wanted. And best of all they were better priced then the other companies that had given me quotes.They took care of getting the permits and setting up inspections after everything was done. The siding crew was very good, and clean. After everything was done they made sure to clean up any nails, screws and trash.I definitely will recommend Advantage to anyone, and they will be my first call should i ever need siding or roofing in the future.

It wasn’t just their high reviews, but what was said in those reviews about their process handling of any obstacles encountered.We worked with Brian Martin on our home repair project. Brian was in constant contact with me about the project timelines as well as advising the process of working WITH our insurance company. Brian and his crew are second to none and went above and beyond our expectations. The crew was efficient and respectful to the property. The material drop off/pickup, waste container drop off/pickup, roof replacement and cleanup was fast and appreciated. Our neighborhood had received storm damage in the late summer of 2022. Cameron Amiot stopped by shortly after and asked if he could inspect the exterior of our house for any damage that might have occurred. Although it was nearly dark, he climbed up on our steep roof to look for any damage. He found that we had more than shingle damage. Also, the sky light frames and gutter system had sustained damage.Cameron was very easy to deal with and went beyond his scope of duties. For example, we were about to get a concrete driveway put in that fall and had a small tree that was growing against the garage in the way of it. Without being asked he stayed late after dark, dug out the tree and its roots, as much as he could get out.Advantage handled all the paperwork with the insurance company which was a relief to us. We did have to make one trip there to amend the paperwork and resign, which wasn’t a big deal to us. Since it was so late in the year it was decided to do the work in the spring of 2023. That way everything could be ordered and be ready.When work finally got going in the spring Cameron stopped by several times to check on the progress and to answer any questions I might have. From what I gather Advantage uses superior products in their repairs. An example would be when Cameron showed me the type of underlayment that would be going under the shingles. Instead of the roofing felt that was on there at the time, which becomes brittle and rips over time, it was being replaced with a synthetic membrane type material more resistant to wear and ripping.All the work went smoothly and without a hitch. After the job was done there was a pallet and extra components left over at the end of our driveway. Cameron came out, loaded it up and took it away. I don’t know if this is part of his job, but it was greatly appreciated.Our experience with Advantage Construction Inc. was a good one. Thank you Advantage and especially Cameron!!!
