We had damage to our roof and siding following a June 2017 hail storm. After initially talking to a few other contractors, we were connected with Advantage (Rick Babineau). Rick and the rest of the Advantage team were incredibly helpful in dealing with our insurance company, helping walk us through the process and assisting in getting the entire home re-sided, and did incredible work on the home. I would recommend them to anyone without any reservation whatsoever.

Andrew was my project manager. Overall he did a great job was very good about getting back to me whenever I had any questions. My insurance company was being difficult and he was very helpful getting them to fix the obvious needed repairs. He went above and beyond a couple times. Even came out this winter to take care of something on the roof that was my personal request and I really appreciated it. I would use them again for sure.

I have worked with Geoff at Advantage Construction for the last few years. He has done work for me on several of my rental properties throughout the metro. His communication skills are second to none. Not only did he meet with me, he also met with my tenants to explain the process. He copied everyone on texts and emails, this way everyone was on the same page and knew exactly what was going on. He basically did all the heavy lifting for me. Making every project stress free. We were so happy with Project Manager Matt Heisick. He was so helpful and did such a great job working with my insurance company. My insurance company originally just wanted to pay for 1/2 of my roof for having hail damage. Matt worked with them by submitting pictures and supplements and ended up getting the insurance company to pay for the whole roof, siding, gutters, deck staining, and many more things. The crews that he uses are also awesome. They did such great work and clean up. I am really happy with my experience and would highly recommend Matt and Advantage construction!

Lee Corbin of Advantage Construction was very persistent and effective in turning the insurance company’s initial limited offer and subsequent refusal to enlarge it into complete replacement. He patiently worked with the two inspectors and ultimately convinced them that a full roof was in everybody’s best interests. My wife and I were surprised and delighted by this outcome. The roofers were fast and did a great job.

Our contractor Billy was awesome! We had damage to our house after a storm and was skeptical of any and all companies/contractors. I went with my gut after our first meeting with Billy – BEST DECISION EVER! He really took care of us, was always engaged over seeing the work and helped us pick out colors (which wasn’t my thing). I will always recommend Billy and Advantage when someone asks. Thanks!
